Lava Canyon Muddy River Cascade

The Muddy River drops 1400 feet as it flows down through Lava Canyon.  An easy paved trail leads into the canyon. At the end of the paved trail, a second loop trail begins, which is more difficult but worth the effort. The loop trail descends into the heart of the canyon.
